They believe in opportunities \u2014 in second chances, third chances, and every chance after that.<br>Their work includes professional care, community outreach, secondhand clothing services, and emergency aid for those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soelaas Magazine No. 12 \u2013 \u2018Times of need\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Salvation Army wants to highlight how important mutual resilience is in times of need. Victims are frequently unable or too afraid to speak out, while perpetrators operate in well-organized networks.
